When SurgiLocker is stocked, each item is scanned to a particular cell which becomes its destination during dispensing and returns.

SurgiLocker requires a network connection with internet access. This can be done via an ethernet cable or a Bluetooth connection.
SurgiLocker also offers a SurgiLocker online App for administration and users to utilize without accessing the touchscreen.
Administrators will also be able to log in remotely using a mobile device.

Yes, as each transaction is recorded and identified by the user. This ensures that SurgiLocker is being used accurately by providing
real-time results regarding implant tracking.

SurgiLocker has individual lockers for each implant. This ensures that the implant is optimally utilized, not accessible if expired, and
can be physically inspected for damage when returned through a notification to an administrator or manager.

Up to three transactions can be performed, if additional transactions are needed then a quick process is repeated, and an additional
three implants can be transacted.

The FIFO inventory method ensures that the next expiring implant is accessed so that time and money is potentially saved. This will
reduce implants from expiring in SurgiLocker.

If an implant expires in SurgiLocker, a notification is sent to the administrator/implant manager and the locker door is locked down
from a user trying to access the expired implant. This will prevent an expired implant from reaching a sterile field in error.

When an implant is returned to SurgiLocker by the user, a notification is sent to the administrator/implant manager. They are asked
to physically inspect the implant packaging for integrity and sterility before it is again accessible by the user.

SurgiLocker software will notify administrators/implant managers of any issues regarding expirations and returns via emails and/or
text messages, as well as reports that can be generated for certain time frames, such as daily, weekly, monthly, etc.

As many users as required by your healthcare facility can be registered. We want to ensure that all users have access to SurgiLocker.

The healthcare facility will submit an email list of the entire staff that requires access to SurgiLocker. An email containing a special
registration link will be sent to everyone on that list. Once registered, each user will receive a SurgiLocker ID# and asked to
correspond their PIN for added security.
